Istigkeit

Everyone else seems to have a Tumblr, so I’ve decided to attempt one. It will be a practice in the regurgitation of the wealth of digital images and videos on the internet that we are constantly bombarded with. Our generation has access to more information than any other and sometimes it seems so necessary to pointlessly sift through the artifacts like an under qualified archeologist, piecing the past together & inspiring future thought. Our generation’s popular culture is lost & searching while at the same time found in the artifacts of the past perpetuated by future itself. The answers to the future will lie our widespread ability to share information and experience of any format in any way possible. I hope my generation realizes the power at its hands.

I also hope the “Tumbling” that occurs on here is inspiring or at least some sort of eye candy to someone. I plan that some of the images will be my own, some will altered found material, and most simply found. But I submit that they are all of the same classification and heart.

I may even express things on here in words from time to time, although I don’t expect it to occur often.
